The pain in my jaw is a bit different from the pain I get in the soft tissue parts of my face. The pain in my jaw actually feels like a deep deep throbbing bone ache. Like something is jammed in the joint. The other pain...the sharp shooting icepick through my chin/lip pain is what I think may be the nerves growing back. What's your experience?
